I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff genuinely cared for guests, making our stay memorable. While the rooms were generally comfortable, a bit more attention could be paid to cleanliness in the bathrooms. However, my first night started on a sour note due to receiving a dirty room, which cast a shadow over my overall experience. It was disheartening to also find some personal items missing due to housekeeping entering my room, despite the do not disturb sign.
